Shipping policy

Last Updated: October 22, 2026

At Play Nexa, we aim to process and deliver your orders as smoothly as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Order processing time does not include transit time. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are based on the order subtotal:

Orders of $35 or more: Free standard shipping.
Orders below $35: A flat shipping fee of $8 per order.

The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, standard shipping generally takes an estimated 3–7 days in transit.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, customs procedures, and other factors outside our control.

The estimated transit time does not include the order processing period.

4. Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, we may send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after shipment.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

6. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your order appears delayed, has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or arrives damaged, please contact us. We will review the situation and work with the relevant shipping provider where appropriate.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
